As Vice President and a charter employee of the agency, Laura brings more than 13 years of industry experience. Laura’s extensive operations experience helps her to seamlessly manage the day-to-day operations. From managing the team to maintaining an excellent rapport with the clients and the insurance carriers, Laura’s innate attention to detail and professionalism ensures a high standard of customer excellence. Her outstanding communication skills helps promote open communication. As a key member of the management team, Laura consistently proves instrumental in the implementation of the agency’s strategic goals. In addition to overseeing the agency’s operations, Laura has also been a licensed insurance agent since 1997. Laura leverages her expertise in personal and commercial insurance lines to not only search for the most competitive premiums for her clients, but also provide the right solution that fits their current needs. Laura consistently and effectively provides service that her clients can not only count on, but can trust. In addition, Laura is a member of the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce. Laura also has an enormous love for cooking and entertaining. As a dedicated family person, Laura values spending time with family and friends. She cherishes spending time with her daughter, son and wonderful husband, especially during summers in Cape Cod where she is also an active member of the Dennis Yacht club.
