
Each year, LoPriore Insurance Agency supports St. Anthony’s Feast, held annual since 1919 in the North End of Boston. 2010 marks the 91st Anniversary of St. Anthony’s Feast being held this year August 27 - 29. Saint Anthony’s Feast has become the largest Italian Religious Festival in New England and was named the “Feast of all Feasts” by National Geographic Magazine. HAWC – Healing Abuse Working for Change – has the great distinction of being the only comprehensive domestic violence agency serving the 23 cities and towns on the North Shore. Each year, Walk for HAWC raises over $150,000 to provide life-saving services for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Founded in 1974, Rosie’s Place welcomes each guest with respect and unconditional love. Rosie’s Place accepts no government funds, and relies instead on committed volunteers and private supporters to accomplish its effective and innovative work.

More than 40 first graders from Colonial Park Elementary School joined Ebenezer Scrooge, Jacob Marley, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, and all three ghosts for a performance of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” The students’ visit to the theatre, sponsored by LoPriore Insurance, featured a matinee performance as well as a talk back session with members of the cast.
